Every effort is made by us to ensure your product reaches you in perfect condition, and that's why we have teamed up with UPS and Parcel Force. For European and Worldwide shipment you will be advised on the method of transport before despatch.
Once your product has been dispatched by us, you can track your new purchase over the internet by your unique reference number.
On machine sales only we offer a free next working day* (Monday - Friday) service on orders placed before 1 pm to UK mainland only.
Orders for Parts & Accessories will carry a standard delivery charge of £7.75, these items will be despatched on a next working day service*
Orders to Islands and Overseas will be chargeable please contact a member of our sales team for a shipping quote.

Honda BF2.3's will be dispatched via Parcelforce, you will receive a email with conformation of the items dispatch and if you enter your mobile phone number you will receive a text from Parcleforce with a 90 min window for delivery*

All of the other items which are able to be dispatched out via a next working day courier (BF5 to BF20 & All Honwave Inflatables) will be dispatched with UPS, these items will be sent on a 24 hour service (Monday to Friday), unfortunately UPS are unable to advise a delivery time for their service, therefore the delivery will take place between 9am to 7pm.
We begin processing orders within 2 working hours of receipt and a confirmation letter will be sent to you by e-mail confirming product details followed by a full delivery schedule. For the larger items of Honda Power Equipment (BF25 and above.) we shall confirm a suitable delivery day in advance.
All delivery times stated are in working days. Although we strive to provide accurate information on shipping the delivery period stated either on MarineHonda.com or advised by email or verbally should be seen as a guide only and can not be viewed as the essence of any contract entered into with MarineHonda.com.
We shall endeavour to notify you as soon as possible of any anticipated delay in the delivery of your product and your order may of course be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch should the wait prove unsatisfactory. For dispatched items our standard returns policy applies (see 'Returns Policy'). Any concerns regarding a delivery may be addressed to customerservice@MarineHonda.com or by telephoning 01379 853495.
2. Order process
2.1 All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions.
2.2 The 'confirmation' stage sets out the final details of your order. Following this, we will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. Please note that this email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Lings Honda.
2.3 Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on despatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it (please refer to Returns and Refunds).
3.1 All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery.
3.2 Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified when you place an order. We only offer free delivery to mainland UK which can exclude some highland postcodes for which there will be an extended area charge of £17.95. If you are unsure of whether you will be charged please call us on 01379 853495 to place your order. Deliveries to non mainland UK (BT, HS, KW, ZE, IM, GY, JE, TR and IOW postcodes) are subject to a delivery charge. If your order is to be shipped to any of these postcodes, please specify your country as 'UK - Non mainland' when placing the order to ensure correct shipping is charged. Any orders subject to shipping charges but have not been charged due to incorrect country being selected will not be complete and we will contact you for payment of the shipping. Any orders to highland postcodes, PH, AB, DD, IV and KW postcodes that have not been charged shipping will also be incomplete and we will contact you for payment of the extended area charge. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales; however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Lings Honda shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
3.3 Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.
